A stigma-free space to connect
Community, not comparison.
Whether you’re living with BPD, supporting someone who is, or learning with an open heart—this is a place for gentle connection, practical tools, and shared understanding.
How we keep this community supportive
Safety first
We prioritize respectful language, boundaries, and content warnings when needed.
Peer support—not therapy
Shared experience can help, but this space doesn’t replace professional care.
Curiosity over judgment
We learn together, challenge stigma, and make room for nuance and growth.
Ways to connect
Choose what feels doable today—small steps count.
Community FAQ
A few quick answers to help you feel oriented.
Do I need a diagnosis to be here?
No. You’re welcome if you relate, support someone who does, or want to learn respectfully.
Is this a crisis support service?
No. If you’re in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area.
Can I share my story?
Yes—share what feels safe. Consider avoiding identifying details and adding a brief content note for sensitive topics.
What kind of comments are encouraged?
Empathy, curiosity, and practical support. “I relate,” “What helped me,” and “Would you like ideas?” go a long way.
What isn’t allowed?
Harassment, shaming, hate speech, or medical advice presented as fact. We also remove content that targets individuals or encourages harm.
How can I support a loved one with BPD?
Listen, validate feelings, set clear boundaries, and learn skills together. The Resources page is a good starting point.
You don’t have to do this alone
Want to share a topic request or a recovery win?
Send a note with what you’re navigating right now—questions, ideas, or a story you’d like to see represented. If you’re comfortable, include what kind of support feels helpful.
